For the concert on the 10th of April we have linked up with Dunoon Jazz Festival to promote their ‘Jazz and Blues Festival Weekend’ in September 2022. This concert will be by The Ugly Bug Ragtime Three featuring three of Scotland’s finest jazzers John Burgess, clarinet and saxophone, Ross Milligan, banjo and guitar and Andy Sharkey, string bass. Their repertoire will be jazz standards, hot rags and blues from the Golden Age of Jazz all delivered with real drive, swing and verve. 

Hopefully, this should whet the appetite of  local jazz enthusiasts deprived of live jazz music during the pandemic and the Trustees of Dunoon Jazz and Blues Festival are keeping their fingers crossed that it will be third time lucky for this highly successful event.
