Prizewinning Duo at Cowal Music Club
Cowal Music Club is looking forward eagerly to its first concert of 2026, on Sunday January 25th at 2.30pm in St John’s Church Hall, Dunoon, when the Intesa Duo, Lucine Musaelian and Nathan Giorgetti, recent Tunnell Trust prizewinners, will perform with singing and viols.
This young and highly talented duo was formed in 2023 at the Royal Academy of Music in London, with the objective of celebrating music for viols and voice. In 2023 they were awarded the Chamber Music Fellowship at the Royal Academy of Music, and also won 2nd prize at the GeneracionSMADE competition in Estella in Spain, as well as having a residency with the National Centre for Early Music in York. They have also performed in the Netherlands, New York, Vienna, and Munich, and are currently recording their debut album, which will soon be available on the Pelle d’Oca label.
